Story
In March 2009, myself and one other brave soul (ok so the only other mate who was crazy enough!) Ben Liles will be attempting to complete 3 marathons in 3 consecutive weekends! Rome, followed by Bratislava and then finally Paris. We will be making the journey between marathons over land (on wheels of course...lets not be too ambitious!) courtesy of a mate of mine, Rich Roberts (driver and support team!) Being a smoker, the irony of Rich's involvement isn't lost on him and so he will be using the two weeks to attempt to quit smoking....a worthwhile cause alone!! I know what you're thinking A) you must be pretty handy at running right?...WRONG between the two of us, we have completed one previous marathon (Ben...not me!) and B) its just a lads road trip isn't it? WRONG..there will be no fun had at all...but just in case there is any to be had, for those of you that enjoyed my South America blogs I will be keeping you up to date every step of the way! We are putting some serious effort into this and the target is big I know.....but nothing good comes easy people!! Please help in any way you can, from pence to pounds every little bit helps!! If anybody has any fund raising ideas then give me a shout - all ideas are welcome!!Updates
